We have a team of nurses who can help you with:

Online Services

	On the day	Patients can book an appointment on the day from 8am by calling 0208 969 2058 or by calling into the practice.
	Commuter Surgeries	Not able to see the doctor outside of working hours? Surgeries are available by pre-booked appointment to see the Doctor or Practice Nurse.
	Telephone Consultations	A Doctor is available for telephone advice between 2pm – 3pm Mon to Fri. Patients are advised to telephone before 12noon to arrange this. Please ensure that you leave your telephone number and are available in the afternoon to receive a call.
	Nurse Appointments	The Practice Nurses can help you with a range of issues from health management to vaccinations.
	Book in Advance	We reserve a few appointments for advance booking. Please phone the practice on 0208 969 2058 for more information.
	Out of Hours	If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open please call 111. Alternatively call 020 8969 7777. This service is not free, and so must be used for emergencies only.
	Online Services	Patients can book appointments up to 2 weeks in advance and from 8pm the night before using our online booking system. Find out how to register

	Online	If you are registered you can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services. Find out how to register or How to Order Repeat Precsriptions online (Guide)
	Email	You can order repeat prescriptions by email. Send an email to ‘ramasamy.prescriptions@nhs.net’. You must provide your name, address, DoB and mobile number together with a list of medications you need. Please allow 48 hours (2 working days) for the script to be ready before collecting.
	In Person	Fill in a prescription request form or underline the items needed on the tear-off side of your prescription and drop it into the surgery.
	Post	If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied your prescription can be returned via Royal Mail. Find our postal address.
	Pharmacy	You may also arrange for a pharmacy of your choice to collect your prescription on your behalf, however, pharmacies cannot order prescriptions on your behalf.
